We want you to be fully satisfied with your heavy metal gear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
